Twenty-Twelve

2011 was by far one of the best years of my life.
It continues to amaze me how fast the years pass as I grow up. It seems like just yesterday that I completed my Project 365 last New Year’s Day. My life has completely changed since then... for the better. In 2011, I graduated from high school, traveled the world, and began my journey at Texas A&M. Choices were made that shaped me to become a better person and led me to be exactly where I belong. I met the most amazing people this year and started lifelong friendships. 2011 was an unforgettable year—filled with challenges, memories, tears, life lessons, laughs, and lots of love. As many of you know, I truly love blogging and sharing my life with the world. It all began with the creation of my Project 365 in 2010. I am beyond thankful that I continued to document the many significant events from 2011. In the past year, I published exactly one hundred blog posts, took way too many pictures, and loved every single second of it. I hope you all enjoy reading my blog entries and I highly suggest starting your own personal blog. It is the perfect way to remember the little moments that make this life so special and enables you to share them with others. The year 2011 far surpassed my expectations, but I am confident the best is yet to come. There is something special about New Years’ Eve. It is the perfect time to reflect on the adventures of the past year, set goals for the upcoming year, and celebrate the start of a new chapter. As 2012 begins I have three New Years’ Resolutions:
1. Run a Half-Marathon
2. Be confident & continue to excel in school
3. Open my heart to new opportunities
I spent my New Years’ Eve with the people I love the most and celebrated the start of 2012 in Sugar Land. I am hopeful that the upcoming year will be my best year yet. Cheers to 2012 and another chance for us to get it right.

Wherever you are—be all there.
